ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:
Upon approval of this application, a 30-Day account will be opened for your convenience. All accounts are due in our office within 30 days of the date of each invoice. All invoices not paid within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice are subject to interest at the rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month, retroactive to the date of invoice, unless other arrangements have been made.

In the event of any legal action or legal proceeding brought in connection with any amount due to Minis by Karen LLC from Applicant, the prevailing party shall be entitled to receive from the other party, in addition to any relief that may be granted, the reasonable attorneys' fees and costs (including, but not limited to, court costs, filing fees, and expert fees, among other costs) incurred in the action or proceeding by the prevailing party, along with any reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred to collect any amount awarded in connection with any such action or proceeding.
